I have not received my purchase confirmation

The confirmation of your purchase arrives immediately to the email that you have left us contact, be sure to check the spam, unwanted or other tray of your email since it is possible that it arrived there. Why does the confirmation reach the Spam, Unwanted or Other tray?

I have my order number, now what do I do?

Once you have received your order number, just wait for our email with the generation of the tracking number so you can check the status of your order.
